01Manufactured inserts / panels
What we need to quote a manufactured order.
- 01Contact details
- Full name, address and phone. We can't issue blank quotations, and we don't call you, so don't worry.
- 02Shipping address
- Complete, we can't provide a shipping cost without it.
- 03Product line
- Simplicity® Screens.
- 04Finish colour
- Mill, White, Bronze or Tan.
- 05Quantities and sizes
- Inch / fraction format only (e.g. 67-3/4"), width x height, for each insert or panel.
- 06Divider bar locations
- You must note all divider bar locations. e.g. "Center line divider bar horizontally at 16″ up from base".
- 07Rough drawings
- Required for any panel that is not a rectangle or square. Perspective is from the OUTSIDE LOOKING INWARD.
- 08Hardware
- What type, if required.
We do not make assumptions or adjustments.
If you do not specifically request an item or add a specification, it will not be included or considered.
02Raw materials
What we need to quote raw materials.
If you would like us to calculate cutting optimisation, follow the manufactured list above and request optimisation of raw materials.

Check the sizing limits.
Simplicity® is best suited to inserts up to 96 UI with full trim installations. Used as a screen panel, the maximum recommended manufacture size is 156 UI. The closer you get to (and the more you exceed) that size, the more flexible the frame will be, and the more secure the installation must be.
