What we need to quote a manufactured order.
- 01Contact details
- Full name, address and phone. We can't issue blank quotations.
- 02Shipping address
- Complete, there is no shipping cost without it.
- 03Product line
- Screen Wall System, or Simplicity®.
- 04Finish colour
- Mill, White PC or Bronze PC. Custom needs exact specifications.
- 05Quantities and sizes
- Inch / fraction format only (e.g. 67-3/4"), width x height.
- 06Layout number
- Layout 1-7, if required.
- 07Model number
- Model 1-1, Model 2-4 …, if required.
- 08Divider bar locations
- Required for any non-standard layout. e.g. "Center line divider bar horizontally at 16″ up from base".
- 09Rough drawings
- Required for any panel that is not a rectangle or square. Perspective is from the OUTSIDE LOOKING INWARD.
- 10Installation extrusions
- Which, and how many, if required.
- 11Inserts
- What type, if required.
- 12Hardware
- What type, if required.
We do not make assumptions or adjustments.
If you do not specifically request an item or add a specification, it will not be included or considered.
02Raw materials
What we need to quote raw materials.
If you would like us to calculate cutting optimisation, follow the manufactured list above and request optimisation of raw materials.
