Quality Control...

Product Quality and Quality Control are a major component of our manufacturing process. Each panel is manufactured to exact order specifications and constructed in an environment of extremely high process monitoring. Our Quality efforts include far more than simply checking the finished product. Each step in the manufacturing process is documented and each raw extrusion is tracked - both by lot and length - from the time they are accepted into our facility all the way through the production line. Every order placed must also follow a precise submission format to help ensure that errors do not occur.

For warranty purposes, every panel or wall manufactured in our facility is assigned its own unique serial number which links the customer and finished product to all raw components used, processes performed, and the persons who performed them.

porch screen system intended for use in

porch enclosures, large openings
or in any

durability are desired. This system is

specifically designed to be one of the

strongest, highest quality, and most

adaptive panel screening systems available.

screen panels and screen walls are manufactured to order using our proprietary aluminum extrusions.
Screen panel and screen wall assembly is rock solid.
Our proprietary extruded aluminum corner insert and stainless steel (thread
locker coated) assembly
hardware form what is probably the strongest panel screening frame available on
the market. The finished assembly is virtually unbreakable.

We offer 7 "standard" screen panel layouts. All are also available as
screen walls.
(A screen wall is simply a standard or custom screen panel layout that is repeated throughout a single master frame unit) Individual
screen panels are available as small as 9" x 9" and screen walls are

available as large as 16' x 16'.

Almost limitless design capabilities are available - all layouts can be
customized to fit your requirements.

This porch screen and screen enclosure system is
designed for use in almost any pre-existing or to be built structure.
This system can be used on porches, decks, balconies, patio areas, etc.
System screen panels and screen walls are not intended, nor are they
approved, for load bearing installations of any kind. Your roof structure
must be fully supported by other means. Additionally, system screen panels
and screen walls are not a code compliant safety
restraint system. You must have a supported roof and safety rails (if
required) in place in order to use this product.
