You can specify you order as follows:

• Fully manufactured to order and shipped fully manufactured.
  This is the best option if you would like your panels to arrive ready to install. This is the best option if you are sure of your production sizes. NOTE: Any manufactured panel which has both dimensions over 90" will automatically ship KD.
   
• Fully Manufactured to order and shipped KD'ed (knocked down).
  Knock Downs ship as the name implies - knocked down...that is, disassembled. All of your ordered panels are cut to the ordered sizes and ship fully disassembled. Included are all required corner inserts, assembly screws, divider extrusions, spline and screen material. Master frames are miter cut and center dividers are notched. Final assembly, including drilling all holes and screening, is performed by you. This is an excellent option if you are a DIY'er or if you are unsure of sizes - you can order oversized and cut down as needed.
   
• In raw materials form.
  This is similar to a KD shipment except that you determine the required materials list and order all materials in bulk form. All materials ship in stock length format. You must account for all needed materials and small parts when placing your order - our staff will not review orders for completeness or conflicts.
