Order Samples > WEB STORE Quality Control...Product Quality and Quality Control are a major component of our manufacturing process. Each panel is manufactured to exact order specifications and constructed in an environment of extremely high process monitoring. Our Quality efforts include far more than simply checking the finished product. Each step in the manufacturing process is documented and each raw extrusion is tracked - both by lot and length - from the time they are accepted into our facility all the way through the production line. Every order placed must also follow a precise submission format to help ensure that errors do not occur. For warranty purposes, every panel or wall manufactured
in our facility is assigned its own unique serial number which links the customer
and finished product to all raw components used, processes performed, and
the persons who performed them. Important Information...All information and directions provided by CSW, Inc. should be treated as generic guides which are intended to help you plan, measure and order screens. Our directions are applicable and correct for a great majority of situations - but not all. In some situations they may need to be modified. In some situations they may not be applicable at all. The responsibility to determine this and the responsibility to order items correctly rests solely on the customer. This screen enclosure system is designed for use in almost any
pre-existing or to be built structure. This system can be used on porches,
decks, balconies, patio areas, etc. System panels and walls are not intended, nor are they
approved, for load bearing installations of any kind. Your roof
structure must be fully supported by other means. Additionally, system panels
and walls are not a code compliant safety restraint system. You must have a supported roof and safety rails (if required)
in place in order
to use this product. Where To Start... If you are currently in the beginning stages of design or selection, a good first step is to review our PORCH PROJECT HELP page. This page will review some basic concepts, ideas, and questions that should be thought about when planning these projects. Panel Selection / Standard Layouts... Our seven standard layouts are shown below. Click on the links above each panel to view specifications, minimum and maximum sizes, etc. for each. Customization information is also listed on each layout page. All standard layouts can be ordered simply by providing your true manufacture size. All internal elements are automatically adjusted accordingly based upon your manufacture size. (shown below from L to R) Standard Layouts 1 through 7 in single panel form.
Installation Suggestions... Installation of this product can be quite simple or extremely involved dependent upon your structure and your planning. Several suggested installation methods are listed below. These are by no means all possibilities. Not all mounts may work in your situation - in fact, you may find that none do. You may need to utilize a combination of methods or design your own based upon your requirements. Please review and understand all information provided prior to making any determinations on sizing and mounting. The determination of sizing and installation method must be made in conjunction with one another - not exclusive of one another.
