All information and directions provided by CSW, Inc. should be treated as generic guides which are intended to help you plan, measure and order screens. Our directions are applicable and correct for a great majority of situations - but not all. In some situations they may need to be modified. In some situations they may not be applicable at all. The responsibility to determine this and the responsibility to order items correctly rests solely on the customer. The Connecticut Screen Works Screen Wall System^® and all associated components are certified by Connecticut Screen Works, Inc. to be 100% USA made. Designed and Manufactured exclusively by Connecticut Screen Works, Inc. - Patents Pending -	Quality, Strength and Durability are Standard^TM Manufacturing Options... You can specify you order as follows: Fully manufactured to order and shipped fully manufactured. This is the best option if you would like your panels to arrive ready to install. This is the best option if you are sure of your production sizes. (SEE NOTES BELOW) Fully Manufactured to order and shipped KD'ed (knocked down). Knock Downs ship as the name implies - knocked down...that is, disassembled. All of your ordered panels are cut to the ordered sizes and ship fully disassembled. Included are all required corner inserts, assembly screws, divider extrusions, spline and screen material. Master frames are miter cut and center dividers are notched. Final assembly, including drilling all holes and screening, is performed by you. This is an excellent option if you are a DIY'er or if you are unsure of sizes - you can order oversized and cut down as needed. This is also an excellent way to save on packing and shipping costs. In raw materials form. This is similar to a KD shipment except that you determine the required materials list and order all materials in bulk form. All materials ship in stock length format. You must account for all needed materials and small parts when placing your order - our staff will not review orders for completeness or conflicts. This is also an excellent option if you are a DIY'er. We do offer rough cutting at an additional charge. You may elect to have lengths of material cut down into small enough pieces to afford UPS shipping rather than freight shipping. Rough cutting is offered in FULL FOOT increments and 90 degree cuts only. Notes... Careful attention must also be paid to the size of the panels or walls you intend to purchase with respect to transportation options. As your sizes increase so will the packaging required to safely protect your order. As your sizes increase we will also be restricted with the shippers we can utilize and the associated shipping costs will increase greatly. Panels and walls that have at least 1 height or width dimension UNDER 80" receive the best shipping rates since we shop our standard shippers. Panels and walls with height and width dimensions OVER 80" AND UNDER 90" limits our shipper selections. Shipping rates are reasonable. Panels and walls with height and width dimensions OVER 90" AND UNDER 104" limits our shipper selection additionally. Shipping rates will be higher due to the required over sized trailer to transport your order. Panels and walls with height and width dimensions OVER 104" limits our shipper selection to flat bed carriers only. The most expensive transportation and packing charges. This should be avoided unless your order is large enough to theoretically spread the cost over all of the panels being ordered.
