Product Line Notes...

  • Samples of all materials are available in the web store.
  • All frame material is sold by the stock length and require truck transport due to size and packaging required for safe delivery. Materials range from 12' to 16' based upon material.
  • All frame material may be cut down (at an additional cost) to allow for UPS shipping. Customer will receive all cut sections of material if cutting is selected.

Standard Charges...

  • Minimum Charge: None. Frame cost is as listed in web store.
  • Packing Charge: Varies by item. Minimum for all orders is $5.00.
  • Cutting Charge: $5.00 per cut / per 50 pcs of the same size.
  • Shipping Charge:
    UPS: $15.00 minimum (8' maximum order length)*
    Freight: $85.00 minimum (all orders over 97" in length)*

* Web store shipping cost displayed will be based upon order weight not size. Total shipping cost will be adjusted as explained in our terms and conditions and during the check out process. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Custom cut and special order materials are non-returnable.
Orders for custom cut and special order materials are non-cancelable after 24 hours.

Frame Materials

Our inventory is limited to only higher quality and proprietary roll formed and extruded profiles. Generally, the larger the profile and/or the higher the wall thickness, the stronger the profile. The stronger the profile, the larger the manufactured panels can be. Our materials are available from stock in a wide variety of color choices as listed for each.

5/16" X 3/4" Roll Formed

Use for small to mid sized window and door screen frames. Can be used for porches and other applications but we recommend panels be kept under 108 UI. It is highly recommended that a support bar (item number: FRM516CB) be installed in any panel where the height or width exceeds 36". Support should be placed as close to center as possible and parallel with the shortest dimension.

Color Matches: FRM716, FRM1716 and FRM516CB only

Use with FRM516, FRM716 or FRM1716 only. Helps to prevent inward bowing along long sides of frame by adding additional support. Recommended for any panel that exceeds 36" or 48" (dependent upon frame material utilized) in height or width. Support should be placed as close to center as possible and parallel with the shortest dimension.
