Assembly Parts
We stock all components required for the assembly of our frame materials.

Extruded Aluminum internal insert for our SWSMF material. Available in miter cut format only. (shown left with color matched assembly screws which are sold separately)
Spline...Used to secure screen material into the frames spline channel. Spline must be sized correctly. Too small - the screen material will not hold, Too large - you will not be able to install the spline. Our shop uses a combination of Hollow Serrated or Polyfoam spline based upon frame material and screen material being installed. Polyfoam is a much easier material to install but cannot be reused once removed from spline channel. Hollow serrated is slightly harder to install but can normally be reused if removed.
You should not deviate from recommended polyfoam spline sizes. Hollow Serrated spline sizes should only be adjusted if you are using a screen material that has a higher or lower gauge than typical. If screen gauge is less than .009 you may need to increase spline size. If screen gauge is greater than .013 you may need to reduce spline size. Other Parts...
